You’ll have the chance to check and correct any errors in your order up until the moment you submit it. After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the lovely products you have ordered. Please note that this information is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a contract between us will only occur when you receive an email to confirm we’ve got your payment. We may decline all or part of your order, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we, or our payment processing partner, may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference and fraud detection agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below). The total cost of your order is the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative item. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate however, occasionally errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by the cards listed below and on the payment page. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Your purchase is shipped via DPD Couriers Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and sent same day if your order is placed before 4pm (subject to stock availability). We aim to ship for next working day delivery when the order has been placed on a weekday. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Please allow for short delays by the courier during busy times. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.
DPD Couriers will notify you by email on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot. Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home or able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. We will happily send your purchase to a work place or neighbour.
If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We accept PayPal and all major cards except American Express.
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail first class delivery. Royal Mail deliveries will be clearly stated on the checkout page if your order qualifies for this service.
Due to the gross weight, size and/or shape of certain products listed – such as (but not limited to) cat litter, we reserve the right to add a shipping and handling fee to your order's total. This is in line with the additional costs occurred with DPD's service.
Orders qualifying for free delivery will be liable to incur such additional fees.
If, on receipt of goods, you are unhappy with the condition they are given, we will endeavour to re-supply any damaged or out of date stock, subject to availability, and 100% refund, via annual invoice, defective goods at cost price.
If either party wishes to end the relationship, 30 days’ prior notice needs to be given. Any existing signed contracts will be met subject to the discretion of Yora Ltd.
If, for whatever reason, the retailer does not receive payment for goods within the allotted time, receipt of goods by the purchaser will be on hold until payment has been transacted.
Would you like to repeat your order on a regular basis? The Yora repeat delivery service allows you to schedule your order to repeat at a frequency of your choosing.
We'll repeatedly deliver your pet food order and any other items you need on a regular basis.
How do I set up this service?
You can view your scheduled delivery from your Yora account page where you will be given the option to change the frequency of your delivery or cancel at any stage.
Please note that you will be billed automatically on the date the repeat order is scheduled for.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us using the contact us form.
